President Ram Nath Kovind recently approved the ‘Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Organized Crime Bill’. Under this Gujarat anti-terror bill, the investigating agencies can record phone calls as evidence and present it in the court. As per the bill, any act that disrupts law and order or integrity and security of the state will be regarded as an act of terrorism.

HS Code to Khadi: How will export get a boost?

The HS Code for Khadi was recently issued by the Union Government to categorize the Khadi products for exports. The Union Ministry of Commerce and Industries allocated the separate HS code for this Khadi fabric.
