Fortune’s annual Business Person of the Year list includes 20 business leaders who have achieved bold goals, find solutions to impossible situations and find creative solutions. Fortune has taken 10 points into consideration while preparing this list, ranging from the total return received by the shareholders to the return on capital.

About Satya Nadella

Fortune said about Nadella that when he was given the command of Microsoft in 2014, he was neither a founder like Bill Gates nor a sales leader like his predecessor Steve Balmer. Fortune has stated that Nadella has never worked in the field of finance, which is another basis for CEO training. However, he is on the top of the list because of his strategies and creative solutions.
