पात्रता एवं शैक्षणिक योग्यता:-
(i) भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी विश्वविद्यालय से कम्प्यूटर विज्ञान/कम्प्यूटर अभियांत्रिकी/कम्य्यूटर एप्लीकेशन/कम्प्यूटर विज्ञान और अभियांत्रिकी या इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स या इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स और संचार या सूचना प्रोद्योगिकी में स्नातक या उच्चतर डिग्री या उसके समतुल्य।
या सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त किसी पॉलिटेक्निक संस्था से कम्यूटर एप्लीकेशन में पोस्ट पोलिटेक्निक डिप्लोमा या कम्प्यूटर विश्ञान और अभियांत्रिकी/ कम्प्यूटर एप्लीकेशन/ सूचना प्रोद्योगिकी में तीन वर्षीय डिप्लोमा या उसके समतुल्य।
या भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक साथ में भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित विश्वविद्यालय से या सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त किसी संस्था से कम्प्यूटर विज्ञान/कम्प्यूटर एप्लीकेशन/सूचना प्रोद्योगिकी में डिप्लोमा या उसके समतुल्य।
या भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक साथ में इलेक्ट्रानिक्स विभाग, भारत सरकार के नियन्त्राणाधीन राष्ट्रीय इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी संरथान(रा.इ.सूप्रौ.सं)/डीओईएसीसी(डोएक) द्वारा संचालित “ओ” या उच्चतर लेवल प्रमाण पत्र पाठ्यक्रम।
या भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी विश्वविद्यालय से र्नातक के साथ में व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण स्कीम की राष्ट्रीय/राज्य परिषद् के अधीन आयोजित कम्प्यूटर ऑपरेटर एवं प्रोग्रामिंग सहायक(क.ऑ.प्रो.स.)/डाटा प्रेपरेशन और कम्प्यूटर सोफ्टवेयर(डा.प्रे.क.सो.) प्रमाणपत्र
और
(ii) हिन्दी और अग्रेंजी दोनों में 20 शब्द प्रति मिनट टंकण की गति।
(iii) देवनागरी लिपि में लिखी हिन्दी में कार्य करने का ज्ञान एवं राजस्थान की संस्कृति का ज्ञान।
जो व्यक्ति पाठ्यक्रम के अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षा में उपस्थित हुआ है या सम्मिलित हो रहा हो, जो इन नियमों में उल्लिखित पद के लिए शैक्षिक योग्यता की आवश्यकता है या सीधी भर्ती के लिए उक्त पद के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र होगा लेकिन वह/उसे उपयुक्त चयन एजेंसी को अपेक्षित शैक्षिक योग्यता प्राप्त करने का प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करना होगा,-
1. मुख्य परीक्षा में उपस्थित होने से पहले, जहां लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार के दो चरणों के माध्यम से चयन किया जाता है,
2. साक्षात्कार में उपस्थित होने से पहले जहां लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से चयन किया जाता है।
3. लिखित परीक्षा या साक्षात्कार में उपस्थित होने से पहले जहाँ केवल लिखित परीक्षा या केवल साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से चयन किया जाना है, जैसा भी मामला हो।
नोट:-इस भर्ती हेतु निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता के अंतिम वर्ष में सम्मिलित होने वाले है या सम्मिलित हो रहे है अभ्यर्थी आवेदन कर सकेगें परंतु निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता इस भर्ती की फेज-॥ टंकण परीक्षा की अंतिम तिथि से पूर्व अर्जित करनी अनिवार्य होगी। अन्यथा अंतिम टंकण परीक्षा तिथि के बाद शैक्षणिक योग्यता अर्जित करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को इस भर्ती हेतु पात्र नहीं माना जायेगा।
