Chapter Notes and Summary
The poem is about usual fights that take place between brothers and sisters. poet recalls one such incidence when she had a fight with her brother. Today she can’t even remember real reason for it. fight was initially very mild but it became stronger by end. Both tried to prove themselves right.
By now fight became so strong that they both hated each other. Their afternoon was ruined because of fight. Then suddenly poet’s brother hit her on her back and told her that they shouldn’t go on fighting whole night. He accepted that he was one who was wrong and that time he was right. poet concludes that all brothers and sisters do fight but soon makeup and forget about it.
