APTET Exam Pattern
APTET Exam Pattern: 150 MCQs of 150 Marks (Time Limit 2 hr and 30 Min). No Negative Marking.
APTET Exam Pattern Level 1: 5 Sections having 150 MCQs of 150 Marks (Time Limit 2 hr and 30 Min).
1. Child Development and Pedagogy
2. Language-I (Hindi)
3. Language-II (English)
4. Mathematics and
5. EVS Environment Studies.
Each Section will have 30 MCQS of 30 Marks.
APTET Exam Pattern Level 2: 4 Sections having 150 MCQs of 150 Marks (Time Limit 2 hr and 30 Min).
1. Child Development and Pedagogy
2. Language-I (Hindi)
3. Language-II (English)
4. Subject Specific i.e. SS or Science or English etc.
First 3 sections will have 30 MCQS of 30 Marks and 4th section will have 60 MCQs from Subject.

APTET Eligibility
APTET Eligibility Level 1: Senior Secondary and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.Ed.) including Appearing Candidates
APTET Eligibility Level 2: Graduation and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) including Appearing Candidates. To see detailed APTET Eligibility for all levels of this exam refer to official notification at APTET Eligibility
APTET Syllabus
Sectionwise detailed APTET Syllabus is available on APTET Syllabus. But for in depth preparation and to score high in the exam, a student must follow and read NCERT books. We have also provided NCERT books Notes and Summary above. It is useful for quick revision before exam.
APTET Cut Offs
It is 90 marks for general category candidates and 85 marks for SC ST and other candidates.
APTET Validity
APTET Validity is lifelong. Many times government changes it to 7 years depending on the requirement for teaching posts in the state.
APTET Results
Shortly after the HTET answer key is released, APTET Results are made public. It will be posted on official website at APTET Results. Candidates will be eligible to take the exam if their combined score is greater than 60%.
APTET Answer Key
It will be available on official website at APTET Answer Key within a week after the test has been conducted. Applicants may object to any questions. Each question will be charged Rs 100
0. If the objection is accepted as valid, the money will be returned.
